Why we do this alongside the compliance work

Because it is the same client at the same moment. A company that has just received its commercial registration needs a domain, an email address and a profile that week, and usually has a vendor portal asking for a company profile before it will accept the registration.

Step 1. We look at what you already have

Some of it is usually worth keeping. There is no point rebuying a domain you already own.

Step 2. Identity first

Logo, colours and typefaces, because everything else uses them. Getting this second is how things end up mismatched.

Step 3. Domain, email and hosting

Set up in your name, tested, and handed to you with the access details.

Step 4. Website and profile

Built on the identity from step two, so the site, the profile and the cards all look like the same company.

What affects the cost

How many pages. A five page company site and a site with a page per service and per city are different projects.

Whether the content exists. Writing is usually the longest part. Where a client supplies copy, the build is quicker.

Arabic as well as English. A second language is a second version of every page, not a translation setting.

How much of the package you take. Domain and email alone is a configuration job. Domain, email, site, profile and branding is a project.

Common questions

Do we own the domain and the accounts?

Yes. Everything is registered in your company’s name and the access details are yours. We do not hold a client’s domain hostage, and you should be suspicious of anybody who does.

Can you take over something already built?

Usually. We would rather improve what exists than charge you to replace something that works.

How long does a company profile take?

It depends on how much of your own material exists. If your registrations, certificates and past projects are already documented, it is quick. If they have to be gathered first, that is the part that takes the time, and it is mostly on your side.

Do you do this for companies you are not doing compliance work for?

Yes. It is usually the same client, but it does not have to be.
